The room cleaning was clearly not a priority for the staff. I found some leftover snacks from the previous guests. The minibar was empty. It was like they forgot it existed (how sad).

i found the location very convenient.. it was a short walk to the seaside promenade. the breakfast buffet presented many choices including local pastries. i especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, it was refreshing with a lovely patio.
i sometimes had to wait quite a while.

the area is quiet.. it is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. the hotel is close to the sea, perfect for a pleasant stroll along the sliema waterfront.

the staff were helpful and friendly.. they treated me with a complimentary bottle of red wine upon arrival. the reception was very helpful in arranging a spa treatment for me on short notice.

Customer service needs improvement. I saw staff chatting during breakfast. There seemed to be little work for them to do. My room service was poor. I had to request toilet rolls three times. I had to request soap refills once because they weren't replenished after cleaning.

the room, a superior double or twin room, was well-equipped with air conditioning. the jacuzzi worked well and was clean. the diversity of breakfast options impressed me. staff members helped me with every request i had.
I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. the gym had limited equipment, so i did not use it.

I needed assistance with directions, and the staff helped me by providing a detailed map, also explaining the bus routes, and local attractions. Their service was efficient! i am grateful for their friendly attitude and quick responses to all inquiries.

I found the uniquely designed rooms to be stylish. The décor created an lovely stay. I took advantage of the outdoor jacuzzi, especially since it was winter. It was a cozy and relaxing experience after a day out. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast selection each morning.
The gym is small. It could benefit from having more space or better equipment maintenance.
